You miss 100% of the shots you don't take! So why not join us for our Winter Floor Hockey league! This high spirit and zero-contact league will give you an outlet to play hockey in a gym setting. If you're looking for a truly awesome cardio experience then this is the league for you!

This recreational league is mixed gender and teams can play with a maximum of 2 people of any gender on the court. The goaltender position is gender neutral.

🏒EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Goalie gear, balls & sticks provided on-site. Players can bring own stick, provided it is the specific SSC stick (outlined in rules)

Love soccer? Futsal is FIFA’s fast-paced indoor game—5-on-5 with a smaller, heavier ball for tighter control and bigger thrills. Play all season, sharpen your skills, and feel the rush of that first goal!

This intermediate league is open gender and does not have a minimum gender requirements. Players participate freely with no restrictions regarding how many players of each gender are on the field.

If you are new to Kingston, looking to grow your social circle or just looking to have fun on a Friday evening, this is the opportunity you've been looking for!

This unique program does not have team registrations, only individuals can sign up. We'll make the teams onsite each week, so you always get to play with new people. After the sport, we'll all head out to a pre-organized local pub to celebrate!

We'll rotate sports each week and add in some extra fun games along the way. Sports include: Court Volleyball, Floor Hockey, Futsal, Basketball and Dodgeball. Haven’t played some of these games before? Don’t worry, our on-site game coordinator will give you the run down.
