We'll mimic the traditional indoor league (playing 60-minute games), however, now playing 10 games and outside at the beautiful Miklas-McCarney Turf Field at Queen's University, There is nothing better than hitting the field on a cool fall evening!
This fast-paced, high-energy 5-on-5 game is a great outlet to get exercise and meet new people on the field.
This league is mixed gender and teams are required to have a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field at all times.

Our Rookie Leagues are geared for those new to the sport, looking to learn new skills in a no-judgement, inclusive and fun atmosphere. These programs are 6-weeks long and provide an introduction to the sport, while gaining and understanding of the rules, gameplay and etiquette.
Participants will engage in two weeks of skills and drills, followed by four weeks of regular games, while having a coach on-site to assist with gameplay questions, rules, and tips. This no judgement program provides those looking to get into the sport of Volleyball an opportunity to learn the basics in a fun, easy, and safe manner.

Basketball is a well-loved SSC sport. We play 4-on-4 basketball in a fun, high-energy and fast-paced setting every week – emphasis on FUN! Players need to bring their sneakers and a team ball and KSSC will take care of the rest!
This recreational league is mixed gender and teams are required to have a minimum of 1 man and 1 woman on the court each week.

If you can dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge some more then this is the league for you! KSSC Dodgeball is easy to learn, fast-paced and is played 6-on-6! Emphasis is on FUN!

We all love soccer right? The feel of the ball at your feet, the comradery with your team and the rush of that first goal of the game! Futsal is FIFA's official indoor soccer game which is, essentially, a scaled down version of outdoor soccer played indoors. We play 5-on-5 with a special smaller and weighted futsal ball to help keep play controlled. It is a great way to play soccer in colder months and improve your game and technique in new ways!
This recreational league is open gender and does not have a minimum gender requirements. Players participate freely with no restrictions regarding how many players of each gender are on the field.

If you are new to Kingston, looking to grow your social circle or just looking to have fun on a Friday evening, this is the opportunity you've been looking for!
This unique league does not have team registrations, only individuals can sign up. We'll make the teams onsite each week, so you always get to play with new people. After the sport, we'll all head out to a pre-organized local pub to celebrate!
We'll rotate sports each week and add in some extra fun games along the way. Sports include: Court Volleyball, Floor Hockey, Futsal, Basketball and Dodgeball. Haven’t played some of these games before? Don’t worry, our on-site game coordinator will give you the run down.

Our Annual Court Volleyball Tournament is back but this time with a Fall option available as well! Join us at the new École secondaire publique Mille-Iles / Sainte Marie Rivier School on Saturday, November 2nd as we raise money for the Recess Guardians, and play some great volleyball games!
Game Location: École secondaire publique Mille-Iles / Sainte Marie Rivier - 1381 Demers Ave, Kingston
Time: 8:00am-4:00pm - Start & end times are subject to change based on registration numbers.
Skill level: Recreational 6's & Intermediate 6's
*Note* - We will do our best to separate skill levels to ensure the best possible competitive balance for all divisions.
Registration Price: Team Price: $259 + HST per team.
Donation: $50 from each team registration fee will be donated to the Recess Guardians.
Registration deadline: Wednesday, Oct 23rd, 2024 at midnight.
Additional details: All games are self officiated.
Teams must have a minimum 2 players of each gender on the court at all times.
Tournament rules will follow normal KSSC Court Volleyball Rules.
Included in your registration: All teams are guaranteed 4 x 30-minute games during the tournament.
Winning teams in each skill division will take home a set of championship shirts!

Our Rookie Leagues are geared for those new to the sport, looking to learn new skills in a no-judgement, inclusive and fun atmosphere. These programs are 6-weeks long and provide an introduction to the sport, while gaining and understanding of the rules, gameplay and etiquette.
Participants will engage in two weeks of skills and drills, followed by four weeks of regular games, while having a coach on-site to assist with gameplay questions, rules, and tips. This no judgement program provides those looking to get into the sport of Volleyball an opportunity to learn the basics in a fun, easy, and safe manner.
You can register two ways with KSSC - As an individual or as an individual or with friends. Don't miss out as these leagues will sell out fast!
