Stand Up Paddling (SUP) is easy to learn and provides participants with a full body workout in a water sport that develops balance and strength without impact. No prerequisite is necessary other than an ability to swim and a desire for adventure!
Kingston has beautiful scenery which you will be able to explore while on the water (not to mention taking advantage of some fantastic selfie opportunities)!
Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is the world’s fastest growing water sport! It is pursued for relaxation, fitness, cross-training, and racing!
This course is ideal for those wanting to learn SUP using premium equipment while in the company of a certified instructor.
The first class will address safety, board care, and how to balance, paddle, and turn efficiently on calm waters. Weeks 2-4 will be touring days. Ongoing instruction will facilitate skill progression and free time to practice will be provided.
