Get active and get social with us on Saturday nights at the KTI Sportsplex and enjoy your favourite Summer sport no matter what the season is!

Games will be played on a modified field (180ft x 210ft), along with a lower flight ball to mimic the outdoor game on an indoor field!

This recreational league is mixed gender and teams are required to have a minimum of 3 men and 3 women on the field at all times.

Register today as spots are limited and will sell-out. Gather up a team of friends or register as an individual and we'll put you on a team with other individuals!

WINTER 2023 ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

# OF GAMES: 6 games (4 regular season games + 2 playoff games)

GAME TIMES: Start times rotate between 7:00pm and 8:00pm. SSC makes every effort to ensure teams receive a mix of game times and locations (where applicable).

BYE DATES: There are no games on Family Day weekend (Feb 18).

SCHEDULE: Schedules will be posted online 2 days before your league is set to start.

TEAM ROSTERS: Team Rosters for players who registered individually will be posted for most sports on Tuesday, January 10th. Captains who registered as a full team, must have rosters updated (all players added to your roster) prior to your first game.
