This League is mixed-gender and teams are required to have a minimum of 3 men and 3 women on the field at all times.
Locations include (but are not limited to): We are in the process of finalizing diamond permits, locations could include (but are not limited to): CFB Kingston, Willie Pratt (Loyalist Township), Garrigan Park, Cloverdale, Meadowcrest, Memorial Centre, Keeley Road (South Frontenac), John Brewer, Ken Garrett (Inverary).
There are three ways to register - as an individual, and an individual with friends, or as a team!
SUMMER 2025 ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
🥎EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: This league requires teams to bring their own equipment (base set, balls, bats, gloves, etc). Teams can choose to purchase their own equipment, or rent from SSC (rental equipment includes base set, catchers mask and 3 balls)! Gloves and bats are not provided and are up to the teams to bring. This summer, it’s time to dig deep and hit the sand for Beach Volleyball. Join us in our popular Beach Volleyball 4's league on Sundays and play best of 5 SET MATCHES. Matches are 90-minutes long compared to our weekday 60-minute games.
This intermediate league is mixed gender and teams are required to have a minimum of 1 man and 1 woman on the court at all times.

🏐EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: This league requires teams to bring a Beach Volleyball. Equipment rentals are not provided by KSSC.

There is nothing better than hitting the pitch on a warm summer evening! Get your weekly cardio in. This 7-on-7 game is a great outlet to get exercise and meet new people on the field.
This league is mixed-gender and teams are required to have a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field at all times.
For Summer 2025, we are adding a second Game Coordinator at soccer locations and putting a larger emphasis on skill balance between divisions and tiers.

Ready-Set-Stroke! New Players quickly gain the knowledge and skills to play the game, under the guidance and inspiration of KRC and Noble Tennis School Professionals, led by Level 2 Tennis Canada Pro Kamaksh Dave.
Every class includes practice and play. Add to your skills, then apply it in singles or doubles play,
Racquets supplied if needed, players must wear tennis or sport shoes with non-marking soles.

Hit the field one last time before winter with our 7-on-7 outdoor soccer leagues. Games are 60 minutes and run over a compact 6-week season, perfect for those crisp autumn evenings under the lights!

This unique league does not have team registrations, only individuals can sign up. We'll make the teams onsite each week, so you always get to play with new people. After the sport, we'll all head out to a pre-organized local pub to celebrate!
We'll rotate sports each week and add in some extra fun games along the way. Sports include: Court Volleyball, Floor Hockey, Futsal, Basketball and Dodgeball. Haven’t played some of these games before? Don’t worry, our on-site game coordinator will give you the run down.

Hurry, hurry hard to one of our most social sports! Come enjoy one of Canada’s most popular sports and use those brooms to sweep your way into another season with KSSC.
We offer two skill levels, recreation & intermediate. This league does not have minimum gender requirements. Players participate freely with no restrictions regarding how many players of each gender are on the ice.
Play for 2 hours every week at The Royal Kingston Curling Club and enjoy the physical activity as well as the fun, social aspect of this unique sport. Gather up a team of friends or register as an individual and we'll put you on a team with other individuals!
